Another disappointment...

I only have a mortgage with this bank. Evidently, there is nothing that be done with this app, except check the account balance. That is no helpful.

This bank is the only one I know of that doesnt have a working app for mortgage payments. The online system is ridiculously out of date and cumbersome (who can ever remember the constantly changing passwords?). I would never have a mortgage with this bank by my own choosing - primarily because of their lagging technological systems.
