Its about time

Touch ID is a must also when paying ebills the option to pay the entire balance would be nice. To change the default payment amount is a little tedious. Larger deposit amounts is a must

Another disappointment...

I only have a mortgage with this bank. Evidently, there is nothing that be done with this app, except check the account balance. That is no helpful. This bank is the only one I know of that doesnt have a working app for mortgage payments. The online system is ridiculously out of date and cumbersome (who can ever remember the constantly changing passwords?). I would never have a mortgage with this bank by my own choosing - primarily because of their lagging technological systems.

Not very functional

Does not show you pending activity on your account, no balance next to transaction, no ability to send a message inquiry on a transition, can not see if bank sent you a message, etc. etc

Please update app to allow Mortgage payments!

I didnt choose for NYCB to buy out my mortgage, but it is what it is and I pay them every month. And even though this is a review for the app, Im going to start by saying that their website is cumbersome at best and annoying to interface with for context. That is why Im supremely disappointed that you can not process a mortgage payment on the app. Id pay my mortgage on the 1st of the month, every month, if NYCB made it easier. There are banking sites and apps out there that make it easy! I wont name names, but one that I use starts with Ch- and ends in -ase.com
